“We have a fantastic team here at our studio. The sense of community and friendly atmosphere really do make it a lovely space for our clients to work on their fitness goals
Pilates is a fantastic method of improving your physical and mental wellbeing. I would encourage everyone to try Pilates and am a huge advocate of the Pilates discipline in complimenting other sports and exercise as well as improving the way we move and feel in our everyday activities.
I feel very lucky to have turned my passion of fitness into my daily work by helping others get fitter, stronger and move better. We look forward to welcoming you in to our Pilates community.”

Combining my work in physiotherapy with Pilates I like to work with people who have different health challenges and modify the traditional Pilates technique to fit the clients needs, I really believe Pilates is for anybody.“

Helping people to find freer movement, potentially less pain or a greater feeling of strength and confidence elevates Pilates beyond an everyday workout to something potentially life changing and that is what I love about it.”
