Our team of qualified Pilates teachers bring a wealth of expertise to the studio. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have previous Pilates experience we provide the perfect platform to progress. We limit our class sizes to ensure you receive specialist supervision and keep programmes varied by using a range of equipment.
