Our Classes

  • Beginners

    We have a range of classes suitable for beginners. If you are new to Pilates we would suggest doing some of these to get started or a private session to learn the fundamental movements and techniques.

  • Mixed Ability Pilates Classes

    These are ideal if you have previous Pilates experience or have completed some beginners sessions.

    Intermediate classes are a step up with more challenging Pilates exercises for clients with a bit more experience.

  • Private Sessions & Reformer

    We offer private mat 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. These are ideal if you would like a more personalised session tailored to your needs. Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from injury or want to focus a particular goal we are here to help guide you through to the next level.

    Private 60 min mat Pilates prices:

    1:1 £45

    1:2 £50 (£25pp)

    We also offer private 1:1 Reformer sessions , 55 mins is £45

  • Pilates & Pregnancy

    We offer private and small group sessions

    We will be running our next 4 week antenatal small group session in January on Sunday’s at 1.45pm

    Our Sunday 4pm class is an ideal postnatal starting point for mum’s taking up exercise following pregnancy

  • Body Conditioning Classes

    These classes combine low impact/high energy movements with Pilates mat work. They are a great way of increasing your heart rate and core strength. We often work with light weights, bands and kettlebells - expect to work up a sweat!

  • Online Classes

    We offer two weekly online zoom classes, suitable for clients with some Pilates experience - Monday 7pm and Thursday 9am

  • Healthy Back Class

    These sessions focus on reducing neck/back pain, improving core strength and joint mobility. Clients in this class are given postural feedback and personalised advice as well as working through a series of exercises to release the back of tension and be able to move with more ease and comfort. Suitable for beginners

  • Chair Pilates

    This class is open to everyone but is also ideal for anyone who has problems getting up and down from a mat. We do a range of seated and standing exercises using small equipment. We focus on stretching and mobility, some balance work and core strength exercises

  • Functional Strength & Pilates

    We start with 15 minutes of Pilates mat exercises then move on to controlled weighted exercises using hand weights and kettlebells. This is open to both men and women and also popular with clients who would like to focus on bone health and maintaining strength and flexibility throughout menopause
