Beginners
Check out our class schedule for classes suitable for beginners. If you are new to Pilates we would suggest doing some of these classes to get started or a private session in order to learn the fundamental movements and techniques. We find this the best route for clients to gain confidence learning the basic exercises as it can be a bit like driving a car initially with lots of things to focus on before it soon all starts to come together!

Mixed Ability Pilates Classes
Our mixed ability Pilates classes are ideal if you have previous Pilates experience or have completed beginners sessions or an introductory 1:1.
Intermediate classes are great if you have Pilates experience and capable of doing some of the more challenging Pilates exercises. These classes offer an extra push!

Private Sessions & Reformer
We offer private mat 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. These are ideal if you would like a more personalised session tailored to your needs. Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from injury or want to focus a particular goal we are here to help guide you through to the next level.
Private 60 min mat Pilates prices:
1:1 £45
1:2 £50 (£25pp)
We also offer private 55 min Reformer sessions, tailored to your ability. Visit our Reformer page for more details.
A 1:1 is £50 to new clients or £45 if you are signed up to one of our mat Pilates block bookings

Pilates & Pregnancy
We offer private sessions for this client group and plan to run antenatal classes over summer on Sunday’s at 3pm

Body Conditioning Classes
These classes combine low impact/high energy movements with Pilates mat work. They are a great way of increasing your heart rate and core strength without any jumping. We often work with light weights, bands and kettlebells

Online Classes
We offer two weekly online zoom classes, suitable for clients with previous Pilates experience. Check out our class schedule page for times or contact us for more information.

Rest, Restore & Relax class
We have paused these over summer but do plan to restart these classes again in Autumn again.
Start your week renewed, energised and invigorated. A complete mind body workout focusing on Somatic Pilates. Empower and strengthen your body and mind as you work through a series of exercises, massage techniques and breathwork to release held patterns in your body, moving you towards more free flowing and functional movement, improved confidence, managing stress and restoring and revitalising from the inside out.

Healthy Back Class
These sessions focus on reducing neck/back pain, improving core strength and joint mobility. Clients in this class are given postural feedback and personalised tips as well as working through a series of exercises to release the back of tension and be able to move with more ease and comfort. Suitable for beginners too
