Our Classes

  • Beginners

    Monday 5.30pm and Thursday 9.30am beginners classes

    Tuesday 6.20pm and 7.30pm improvers

    If you are new to Pilates we would suggest doing the beginners/improvers classes or a private session in order to learn the fundamental movements and techniques. We find this the best route for clients to gain confidence learning the basic exercises as it can be a bit like driving a car initially with lots of things to focus on before it soon all starts to come together!

  • Mixed Ability Pilates Classes

    Our mixed ability Pilates classes are ideal if you have previous Pilates experience or have completed beginners sessions or an introductory 1:1.

    We use the Class Swap app so clients can swap/catch up classes if they need to during the block

  • Private Sessions

    We offer private mat 1:1 and 2:1 sessions. These are ideal if you would like a more personalised session tailored to your needs, recovering from injury or new to Pilates

    Private 60 min mat or reformer Pilates prices:

    1:1 £45

    1:2 £50 (£25pp)

  • Pilates & Pregnancy

    Ellie, Kim and Evonne are our Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates teachers here at our studio. We offer private sessions for this client group

  • Body Conditioning Classes

    These classes combine low impact/high energy movements with Pilates matwork. They are a great way of increasing your heart rate and core strength without any jumping. These classes run in 8 week blocks (£80) and you can also class swap into Pilates mat classes during the block too

  • Online Classes

    We offer a small number of online zoom classes, suitable for clients with previous Pilates experience. Check out our class schedule page for times or contact us for more information.

  • Chillates

    Start your week renewed, energised and invigorated. A complete mind body workout focusing on all of the core elements of Pilates we know and love but with the added benefit of Somatic Pilates. Empower and strengthen your body and mind as you work through a series of exercises that can release held patterns in your body, moving you towards more free flowing and functional movement, improved confidence, managing stress and restoring and revitalising from the inside to the out.

  • Healthy Back Class

    These sessions focus on reducing neck/back pain, improving core strength and joint mobility. Clients in this class are given postural feedback and personalised tips as well as working through a series of exercises to release the back of tension and be able to move with more ease and comfort.
