    Beginners

    New to Pilates or returning after a break? Try your first class as a PAYG or 1:1 session with one of our friendly teachers.

    We will help you learn the fundamental movements and support you in those first steps towards your health and fitness goals.

    Mixed Ability & Intermediate Classes

    Intermediate classes are the next step up with more challenging Pilates exercises for clients who are ready to progress further in their practice.

    These are ideal if you have some previous Pilates experience or have completed a 1:1 or some beginners sessions.

    Private Sessions & Reformer

    Whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from injury or want to focus on a particular goal we are here to support you with a personalised 1 hour mat or reformer session.

    Pilates & Pregnancy

    We focus on a range of pregnancy and post natal Pilates exercises plus breathwork, relaxation techniques, pelvic floor and core strength work, birth preparation techniques and an open safe space to discuss any concerns.

    We provide additional resources and exercises to take home and help prepare for the birth of your baby.

    Body Conditioning Classes

    Combine low impact/high energy movements with Pilates mat work. A great way to burn calories and improve core strength.

    We often work with light weights, bands and kettlebells - expect to work up a sweat!

    Online Classes

    We offer a weekly online zoom class each Monday at 7pm, suitable for clients with some Pilates experience. Either join live or receive the weekly recording to do in your own time

    Healthy Back Class

    These sessions focus on reducing neck/back pain, improving core strength and joint mobility. Clients in this class are given postural feedback and personalised advice as well as working through a series of exercises to release the back of tension and be able to move with more ease and comfort.

    Functional Strength & Pilates Classes

    Popular with both men and women, our functional strength class starts with 15 minutes of Pilates mat work then moves on to a variety of weighted exercises using hand weights and kettlebells.

    The class focusses on improving strength, moving more mindfully and with more ease. It is also great for anyone looking to improve their bone health and for female client’s working through peri-menopause and beyond.
